Team Love is beyond the best! We had our house on the market with another realtor for 6 months and although we had a... small amount of viewing...it didn't sell! We contacted Jay and he came to our house with Jen and gave us some tips on decluttering and small fixes to help make it more appealing. We did as they suggested, put it on the market, 2 weeks later had a viewing and that night received an offer and it SOLD after the first viewing. Jay and Jen are both very straight to the point, honest and knowledgable realtors and they know what needs to be done to get a house sold. Jay and Shari made this whole experience effortless really. They both are to the point, and know what needs to be done... to make this a smooth and easy transition. Shari went through our home and made wonderful suggestions and tips on what makes homes more appealing. Once we had an offer Jay then showed me homes, and gave his honest opinion on each of them.
