He was very patient in showing us homes that met our criteria, sharing his knowledge on what to look for in a home to maximize our investment. Jay assisted us in negotiating a VERY good price for our present home and we couldn’t be happier! Lastly, my favourite part of Team Love is that they really care about what they do. My family really bonded with Jay and Shari throughout the entire process. It was like working with an old friend. They have kept in touch since our move (Jay even dropped off a housewarming gift).
