I had known Jay Love personally for about 7 years, so when it came time for me to buy a new home for me and my son, the choice for a Realtor was obvious. Jay took the time to explain the market to me, and to build a ‘profile’ for me in his computer system that narrowed down my choices to what was more compatible for my needs and wants. I’m a fairly picky person, and of course, you should be. A home is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime, so all things must be carefully considered. Jay worked around my schedule and willing went wherever I asked him to show me houses. When we were looking at the houses he gave me the benefit of his knowledge of homes and then just gave me the time I needed to quietly look around and contemplate things. He also worked with me on what I could afford for a down-payment as well as what kind of pricing I should be looking at to stick within my budget. I was a newly single mom of a 2 ½ year old son, and Jay made the home buying process rather stress less for myself and even fun at times.

When I finally did make a purchase, Jay took care of everything for me – he even came out to the house a couple of extra times just to let me measure for appliances and other odds and ends. He was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process, and genuinely seemed to care about my choices and decisions. If I should need a Realtor again, I would DEFINITELY give Jay a call, and I have already been mentioning him to friends that might be considering buying or selling.
