I had known Jay Love personally for about 7 years, so when it came time for me to buy a new home for me and my son, the choice for a Realtor was obvious. Jay took the time to explain the market to me, and to build a ‘profile’ for me in his computer system that narrowed down my choices to what was more compatible for my needs and wants. I’m a fairly picky person, and of course, you should be. A home is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime, so all things must be carefully considered.
