We were impressed by the professional manner in which Shari and Jay Love guided us through our selling experience. Initially we had listed on Com-free and thereafter chose to go with Shari. We wanted to sell our home for what we thought was the premium price range that we thought the market seemed to be commanding. Shari advised us of an appealing premium price range, in accordance with other sales in our area, so that we did not list too high and risk turning away many potential buyers. We wanted our home to sell within the first week of listing. She provided us with some tips that helped us prepare our home to reflect a more favorable impression.
